We are excited to share our dahlias with you, please read below for our conditions of sale.

Shipping - Express Post

Tubers will be shipped via Express Post -Australia Post.

We will provide you with a tracking number once posted. We are not responsible for any delays or non-delivery due to Australia Posts error.

Shipping Costs:

1-12 = $20

13 - 24 = $25

24+ = $30

We can only ship tubers in Australia to ACT, QLD, NSW, SA & VIC.

Local Pick-Up

Gather Flower Farm, Silvan

(Address to be sent with the 'Ready to Pick Up' email)

Pick-up dates will continually be updated.

Storage and Survival

Once you receive your dahlia package, make sure you open the package and review the dahlias to ensure that you have received the correct package and the dahlia tubers aren’t damaged. We are not responsible for dahlias failing to grow once they are received as their success depends on a number of factors outside of our control.

Storage - Open up the paper bags to allow airflow and store in a cool dark, well ventilated spot until you are ready to plant.

Mislabelled Dahlias

Whilst we are careful to correctly label each dahlia, there is always the possibility of a dahlia being mislabelled. You will not be able to tell there has been a mislabel until the plant flowers. Please contact us with photos if you believe you have received the wrong dahlia and we will work towards a resolution with you.

Refund Policy

Change of Mind - We do not offer returns or refunds for a change of mind.

Returns & Refunds - In certain situations a refund or replacement maybe available to you. In the event that your dahlia tuber/s arrive damaged or you believe they may be unviable please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email us with multiple images of the tuber to hello@gatherflowerfarm.com.au
